Skky Music, LLC was founded by singer/songwriter Skky in the Summer of 2008 with the support of her Manager Damon.
After a few years of ghost writing, Skky (or Dray Skky as insiders know her) finally showed her vocal ability on Trick Daddy's "You Damn Right." which featured on his Atlantic Records, December 2006 Released ,"Back by Thug Demand" album.
With that release, came recognition. In addition to writing for signed artist, Skky began writing openly for local unsigned and indie signed artists. During such writing sessions, Skky was introduced to several young artists both singers & rappers who grabbed her attention as being very talented, but lacking direction.
At the suggestion of her manager Damon, Skky agreed it was time to start working more actively with these artists. Skky Music, LLC is the result of that decision. Skky Music LLC is an Artist Management & Artist Development Firm specializing in unsigned and newly signed recording artists. Several artists have and continue to receive lyrics, melodies, vocal arrangement, in-studio vocal coaching, image consulting, photography and more from Skky's Artist Development Division. While others strive to become candidates for Skky's Artist Management Division.
